Following Rama of Raghu’s fame.

With trees and rocks to attack,

For the Lord’s wife to win back.

Though against demons monkeys to dread,

Equal match with Hanuman at the head.

Devotion to Rama put them on top,

Roared when body of Ravana to drop.

In Lanka one last job to do,

To be the most difficult too.

With full faith in Rama to try.

Surely success he would find.

Enemy doomed since Hanuman on Rama’s side,

Travel to Lanka when given the call.

Mountain with his hands can lift.

Daily the holy names to sing,

To Sita and Rama pleasure to bring.

Demons had advantage from the start,

Expert were they in tricks of black art.

Other side no fancy weapons to own,

Called lowly wilderness their home.

Still victory to come for them now,

Devotion of Hanuman was how.

Enemies a chance not to stand.

Embracing wonderful image to make.

Preferred from ground view to revere,

But Hanuman to Rama so dear.

With mild protests he fought,

Rama to win, to chest He brought.

Shri Hanuman of this world a treasure,

Brothers’ love for him none can measure.

Slight understanding of his stature get,

From taking battle position on his shoulders set.

Black magic from aerial cars enemies attack,

Answer with arrows while on Hanuman’s back.

The chests of demons swiftly went through.
