Just as it comes then it goes,
How long to stay no one knows.
Though for occupying things considerable,
This world both temporary and miserable.
That thing of permanence just find,
And then keep it always in mind.
The one the life of everything living,
To Him your full attention now giving.
Why to the guru you should go,
What more than you can he know?
Even after thousands of years reading,
By yourself not to get Gita’s meaning.
An original culture was there,
And of this the acharya aware.
Since faith to Krishna’s words maintaining,
Through them the true meaning gaining.
If from distinguished one you hear,
From challenging spirit steer clear.
Not that to follow everything blind,
But of proper etiquette keep in mind.
Vaishnava from authority speaking,
Faith with original texts keeping.
If the same you too know,
Then politely question so.
